I started my career as a Developer working with large data warehouses, before sophisticated software tools existed.

Throughout my previous 20 years of Information Technology experience, I was continually looking for the successful patterns, processes and tool usage that worked well for complex organizations with challenging data problems. Based on this knowledge, I co-authored two books with John Schmidt on the topics of Integration Competency Centers and Lean Integration.
