Through strategically located Support Centers in North America, Europe, and Asia, Informatica is able to support you and your Informatica software deployment-be it a regional installation or a geographically-dispersed project.

Customers may contact Informatica Global Customer Support to open a new Service Request (SR) or to follow up on an existing SR by telephone, email, or via the Internet.

Please note: Urgent cases submitted by email or the online system should be followed up with a telephone call, because email and electronic submissions can be sometimes delayed.
