Informatica is committed to providing high-quality, timely customer service and technical support to our customers and partners. To support this commitment, we have established support centers in the Americas, Asia, and Europe offering a range of support options, including support in a variety of languages, 24x7 coverage, and communication via email, telephone or the Internet.
Supported customers who need assistance can try to resolve questions or problems using our integrated support system, ATLAS. ATLAS incorporates the Informatica solution database into a Knowledgebase for self-service online help. Electronic help files are distributed with all products. Supported customers can access the Knowledge Base through my.informatica.com.
Supported customers and partners who don't have an Informatica Portal account can obtain one within 24 hours at my.informatica.com. If the Knowledge Base doesn't answer the question or solve the problem, one of your organization's named technical support contacts should call, email or use ATLAS online to create a service requests. Urgent service requests opened by email should be followed up by telephone, as emails can be delayed.
Customers or Partners may request a Worldwide Support User Guide (Policies and Procedures) by email at support_admin@informatica.com or by telephone.
