Finalists Announced For 2008 Informatica Innovation Awards

Annual awards honor trend-setters using data integration to drive business value

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 13, 2008 -  Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ: INFA), the leading independent provider of data integration software, today announced the finalists in its 2008 Informatica Innovation Awards competition, honoring enterprises whose innovative implementations of Informatica solutions exemplify the state-of-the-art and expanding business value of data integration. Individual category winners, and the overall "best-of-the-best" winner, will be announced on June 4 at the Las Vegas Hilton as part of Informatica's 10th annual user conference, Informatica World 2008.

The 2008 finalists were selected from more than 3,000 Informatica customers for their leadership in using data integration to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence. Judges including Mark Smith, CEO and founder of Ventana Research, and Michael Friedenberg, CEO and president of CXO Media, will select the top winners across nine different Business Enablement and Technology Enablement categories.
