Join us for the partner event of the year: Informatica Kickoff 2018! This premier event is a unique opportunity for you to explore, learn and network with Informatica teams. We are offering both sales and technical tracks, providing you access to Informatica experts and the latest, most up to date enablement content.

The sales track is ideal for: business executives, business/industry practice leads, sales managers and marketing managers

The technical track is ideal for: pre-sales engineers, delivery consultants, technical sales and product managers

Spouses and/or guests are not invited to any Kickoff 2018 functions.

Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to print a copy of the confirmation page for your records.

The identification requirements for visitors to Las Vegas, Nevada are as follows:

 

U.S. Residents

Please travel with a valid picture ID such as driver's license and/or passport.

 

Travelers from Other Countries

Attendees will be required to show photo identification at the Registration Desk to obtain a Kickoff 2018 name badge.

Expected Travel Dates


Arrivals

International attendees are recommended to arrive on Saturday, January 13th , which will be reflected on your Kickoff 2018 registration.

North America attendees are recommended to arrive on Sunday, January 14th by 1:00pm.

Departures

Kickoff 2018 officially concludes with a Final Night Party on Tuesday, with departures on Wednesday, January 17. Pre-sales/technical sessions will conclude at 12:00 pm on Wednesday January 17.

Hotel Recommendation

All partner attendees are encouraged to stay at the ARIA Resort, Las Vegas (Kickoff 2018 host hotel) for the length of the program. After completing the registration process, you will receive a link to reserve hotel rooms at the daily rate of $222.00 plus taxes and fees. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Since hotel check-in time is at 3:00pm, your room may not be available when you arrive. If this is the case, there are bellmen stationed in the Hotel Lobby who can assist you with storing your luggage until your room is ready.

Partner Connect

The Partner Connect event is the best way to connect with the Informatica teams at Kickoff! Executives, sales and pre-sales technical teams from every region are attending this event. Partners that register at least three attendees for Kickoff are eligible to participate in Partner Connect where they can host an exhibit table and participate in a highly competitive, app based, networking game. Partners participating contribute a $400 - $500 prize to be given to the winners of the game and may also display 1 stand up banner, provide table give-a-ways and printed materials at their table. Ground Transportation

Arrival:
Please plan to take a taxi to the hotel. Taxis are readily available just outside the baggage claim area at the Las Vegas airport. Taxi fare is approximately US $20-25 and the travel time is 10-15 minutes to the ARIA Resort.

Departure:
Please plan to allow sufficient time to secure a taxi from the ARIA Resort to get the airport for your return flight. Travel time from the ARIA Resort is approximately 10-15 minutes.

Registration Changes

If you need to make any changes to your arrangements after submitting your registration, you can easily submit your change request online by re-visiting the Kickoff 2018 website using the confirmation number and link provided in your confirmation email. If you need your confirmation email resent, please contact: ko2018@regsvc.com. After you have specified the necessary change(s), your request will be sent to Kickoff 2018 Registration Headquarters for processing and a duplicate copy of the request will be emailed to you.

The Kickoff 2018 Registration and Information desk will be located on Level 1, in the ARIA Convention Center , beginning on Sunday, January 14th at 7:30 am and operational throughout Kickoff.

Upon arriving to the program, you should visit this desk to pick up your Kickoff 2018 name badge. Photo identification is required to obtain your Kickoff 2018 name badge.

Attire


Business casual attire is acceptable for all Kickoff 2018 meetings and activities, Including the Final Night Party on Tuesday Evening. You will be required to wear your Kickoff 2018 name badge to all meetings, meals, and organized functions.
