Which partners are invited to attend Informatica Partner Summit 2015?
Any Informatica partner, regardless of region or partner type—e.g., Global Systems Integrator, Regional Systems Integrator, Reseller, Independent Software Vendor, Cloud Provider, Distributor, etc.—that has a current Alliance Agreement with Informatica may attend Partner Summit 2015.

What makes Informatica’s 2015 conference different from past events?
Partner Summit and Sales Kickoff 2015 will be two standalone events. If you want to extend your stay and attend Informatica Sales Kickoff 2015, please contact Jennifer Elbert for more prices and details.

Why is a Non-Disclosure agreement required to attend the event?

Informatica will be presenting information that is considered confidential and proprietary.
During the registration process, every attendee will be required to acknowledge the Nondisclosure Agreement. To review the Nondisclosure Agreement, click here.

Checking the "I Agree" box during the registration process constitutes a legal and binding agreement.  Your registration cannot be processed until you have accepted the terms of this agreement.

What is the cost to attend Informatica Partner Summit 2015?

The conference pass to attend Informatica Partner Summit 2015: $695 per person if you register prior to December 8, 2014. On December 8, 2014 the price will increase to $850 per person.

How does my company secure an exhibit table at Partner Connect?

Once three (3) people from your company register for Informatica Partner Summit 2015, we will contact you with participation details.  All three individuals must register no later than December 4, 2014 for your company to exhibit at the event.

Do I need to carry identification with me?

U.S. Residents:
Please travel with a valid picture ID such as driver's license and/or passport.

Travelers from Other Countries:
For more information, visit the U.S. Department of State's “Visa Services” page to determine if a visa is needed to travel to the United States. 

To obtain a name badge for Informatica Partner Summit 2015, attendees will be required to show photo identification at the Registration Desk.

Is Informatica taking care of my travel and hotel arrangements?
Partner attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. Informatica attendees will be staying at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas:

Partners are welcome to make reservations at the same hotel or secure a room at another property.  Informatica has negotiated a discounted rate of $179/night plus applicable fees and taxes.

When should I plan on arriving and departing?

The event will start at 9:00am on Saturday, January 10th and it is advised that attendees arrive on Friday, January 9th.
The event ends Sunday evening following the Partner Connect Networking Event. All attendees who are not planning to attend Sales Kickoff 2015 can plan to leave Monday, January 13th.

When I reach Las Vegas, how do I get to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?

There is no group transportation provided by the program on arrival or departure.
Taxis are recommended and available at all terminals. Transfer time is approximately 10 minutes, and the fare to/from the hotel is approximately $25 U.S.  Credit card payments are usually accepted.

How do I make changes to my registration?
If you need to make changes after submitting your registration, you can easily submit your change request online by sending an email to SKO2015@regsvc.com. Please reference your confirmation number.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is acceptable for all sessions. We kindly request that you wear your name badge to all sessions and evening functions.

Where do I pick up my badge and get event updates when I arrive?

The Informatica Registration desk will open starting on Saturday, January 10th at 7:00 am. Please plan on picking up your name badge either before or after breakfast. You will need to wear your name badge for admittance to general session, meals and breakouts. Photo identification is required to obtain your name badge.
