Comcast Cable accounts for nearly two thirds of the overall revenue of Comcast Corporate, delivering voice, data and video to over 27 million residential and business customers across 39 American states. With improves customer usage data, Comcast now has the ability to better understand how customers are using its many products which provides the ability to proactively address customer experience issues in a timely fashion.
