Informatica conducts international transfers of employee, business contact and customer personal data under its Controller and Processor Binding Corporate Rules. The BCRs are a set of commitments made by every member of the Informatica group of companies to protect the privacy of this data. The BCRs were granted final approval by the Ireland Commissioner for Data Protection on October 25, 2023. The European Data Protection Board’s approval decisions for Informatica’s Processor BCRs for customer personal data and Controller BCRs for employee and business contact personal data are available on the EDPB website. Approval by European supervisory authorities recognizes Informatica as one of the international organizations most committed to rigorous privacy practices. Following these BCRs enables the transfer of personal data among all members of the Informatica group while ensuring that the data are subject to the same level of privacy compliance.
