Sohaib Abbasi joined Informatica as president and chief executive officer in July 2004. Under his leadership, Informatica is now the world's number one independent provider of data integration software. Fostering a culture of continuous innovation, Abbasi has built on the company's success in data integration and led it into new software market categories. Informatica is now the fastest-growing leader in data quality and a pioneer in the emerging category of cloud data integration. In addition to growth in new product categories, Informatica is gaining significant contributions from international regions through global expansion of field operations. The company's new and strengthened relationships with several enterprise software category leaders and global systems integrators make Informatica a trusted partner of customers worldwide.

Prior to Informatica, Abbasi spent 20 years at Oracle Corporation where he was a member of Oracle's executive committee and, as senior vice president, led two major divisions, Oracle Tools and Oracle Education. Abbasi joined Oracle in 1982 when it was a 30-person startup and was instrumental in growing the business from $4 million to more than $9 billion in annual revenues. He envisioned and launched the Oracle Tools business, which he grew from zero to $3.75 billion in cumulative license revenues. Abbasi graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1980, where he earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science.

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administration Officer, Executive Vice President, Global Customer Support and Services

A financial management veteran who has led the financial growth of successful public and private technology companies, Earl Fry joined Informatica in January 2000. As the chief financial officer, chief administration officer and executive vice president of Support and Services, Fry is responsible for numerous areas of the business including finance, human resources, legal, information technology, facilities and the global services and support organizations. Prior to joining Informatica, Fry served for four years as vice president and chief financial officer at Omnicell, a provider of supply chain management solutions to the healthcare industry. He previously held the positions of vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at C-ATS Software, a provider of risk-management products for global financial institutions and he was chief financial officer at Weitek Corp., a semiconductor company. Fry began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and since that time has won several awards including Institutional Investor Software CFO of the Year four years in a row and two Stevie Awards for Finance Executive of the Year. He received a master's degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii.

Margaret Breya

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Marge Breya is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer responsible for Informatica's corporate brand, field marketing, corporate communications, web properties, Informatica University and integrated marketing efforts. Breya leads the company's corporate positioning, branding and identity, marketing campaigns, public relations, social media and global field marketing programs to drive engagement with customers and influencers globally.

Breya brings over 25 years of technology management experience to Informatica. Most recently, as HP's senior vice president of Marketing Services, Breya was responsible for optimizing marketing investment across the world's largest IT company. Prior to HP, Breya served as executive vice president and general manager at SAP. Breya has also held positions as executive vice president, general manager and chief marketing officer at Business Objects, chief marketing officer and chief strategy officer at BEA Systems and senior vice president of Marketing at Sun Microsystems.

Currently Breya serves on the Board of Directors of Jive Software and has previously been on the board of Document Sciences Corporation. Breya received a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Anil Chakravarthy

Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer

Anil Chakravarthy is responsible for product development, product management and product marketing of the Informatica Platform.

For nearly a decade, Chakravarthy has held leadership roles at Symantec Corporation. Most recently Chakravarthy was the executive vice president of Information Security at Symantec, responsible for overseeing engineering, product management and operations for an extensive product portfolio including Data Loss Prevention, E-Mail and Web Security (on-premise and cloud), Managed Services, Trust Services and Authentication. Previously at Symantec, Chakravarthy led multiple product groups including Endpoint Protection, Mobile Security and Management, Encryption, Storage and High-Availability and India Product Operations as well as Enterprise Global Consulting. Prior to Symantec, Chakravarthy led product management for enterprise security services at VeriSign. Chakravarthy began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to become the co-leader of the E-Business Practice in the Business Technology Office.

Chakravarthy received a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India. Additionally, Chakravarthy received his Master of Science and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ivan Chong

Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

Ivan Chong is Informatica's executive vice president and chief strategy officer and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that focus on identifying and developing new options for increasing corporate enterprise value. The growth initiatives include new market entry, new business incubation, acquisitions, equity investments, technology collaboration opportunities and strategic relationships. Chong joined Informatica in 1997 and has led product management, product marketing, product development and corporate development. In addition, he served six years as general manager for Informatica Data Quality and MDM, growing combined business by a factor of 10 and adding more than 30 percent to Informatica's revenue. A six-year veteran of Oracle Corporation, Chong held various product management positions and was awarded a patent in the area of data visualization. His experience also includes two years with internet advertising startup NetGravity. Chong holds bachelor and master's degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Charles Race

Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, Informatica

Charles Race brings more than 25 years of technology and leadership experience, including nine years at Informatica, where he successfully developed and led sales teams across EMEA and globally. As executive vice president, Worldwide Field Operations, Race is responsible for growing Informatica's addressable market and driving Informatica' s growth internationally. Prior to this role, as senior vice president of EMEA Field operations, Race architected the re-structuring and successful back-to-growth plan of the European operation. He also built and led Informatica's global sales strategy team, including the company's go-to-market strategy and implementation of the corporate sales methodology. Race has been responsible for helping the largest European companies architect and implement their Information Management strategies. Previously as vice president of Northern Europe for Informatica, Race created and successfully executed sales strategies and operations in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the Nordics and led Informatica's expansion into Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Italy, Iberia and Africa.

Race has also held a variety of leadership roles at Hummingbird, uSwitch, Phillips and Rolls-Royce Industrial Power. He graduated from the University of York with a degree in Computer Science.

Ansa Sekharan is senior vice president of Informatica's Global Customer Support, where he is responsible for establishing Informatica as a trusted partner for customers worldwide by ensuring their success with Informatica's products. Sekharan was an early employee at Informatica starting in 1996. During his tenure, Informatica has received prestigious industry awards recognizing its support services, including being ranked number one in customer loyalty in the data integration enterprise software sector for six years in a row. Prior to joining Informatica, Sekharan was a veteran of Sybase, where he held numerous customer services roles. He graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa where he earned a master's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Technology, India.

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Global Human Resources

Jo Stoner is the chief human resources officer and executive vice president at Informatica, reporting directly to chief executive officer, Sohaib Abbasi, where she is responsible for designing talent strategies designed to attract, develop and retain world-class talent around the world. With thousands of employees in nearly 30 countries, the global HR strategies focus on higher engagement building Informatica's reputation as a great place to work and providing a learning environment where employees can learn, grow and have a long and successful career within the company.

A 20-year HR veteran, Stoner's experience spans industries, geographies and company sizes. Stoner has evolved Informatica's HR functions around the world to develop and implement best practices focused on employee development, engagement, retention and performance. Additionally Stoner is responsible for Informatica Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.

Stoner joined Informatica in 2001, overseeing HR operations in EMEA and later serving as HR director for Asia-Pacific, Japan and the Americas. She previously held HR management positions with British Telecom and startup FirstMark Communications. Stoner received an Industrial Economics degree with honors from the University of Nottingham in England and holds a postgraduate HR certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Franz Aman is senior vice president of Marketing Strategy and Operations at Informatica, where he is responsible for branding, global demand generation, content and digital marketing.

Prior to joining Informatica in April 2013, Aman worked as the chief marketing officer of SGI (Silicon Graphics), a leader in technical computing. Franz has more than 20 years of leadership and innovation in global product marketing, brand, strategy and communications. Aman has held numerous executive positions within industry leading technology companies including SAP, BusinessObjects, BEA and Sun Microsystems.

Aman holds a degree in Geophysics from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.

Kathy Chou

Senior Vice President, Sales Strategy and Operations

Kathy Chou is senior vice president of Sales Strategy and Operations, responsible for driving sales strategy, processes and tools, sales operations, sales compensation, planning, reporting/analytics and sales enablement for Informatica.

Before joining Informatica in May 2014, Chou worked at Intuit as vice president of Sales Operations and Strategy. At Hewlett-Packard, Kathy was vice president of the Personal Systems Group Sales Strategy and Operations and Worldwide Commercial Sales. Chou led the HP team that won the 2009 Franz Edelman award for outstanding achievement in applied operations research.

Chou has more than 20 years of operations and management experience in the high-tech industry, including vice president of strategic relations for Linux Networx, and vice president of Operations for Penguin Computing. While at Agilent Technologies, Chou served as manufacturing manager in the start-up imaging electronics division.

Chou currently serves as Chair of the Stanford Alumni Committee on Trustee Nominations, director of the Asian Pacific Fund and as a member of the Stanford International Research Institute in Social Sciences (iRiSS) board of directors. The Silicon Valley Business Journal selected her as one of the Top 100 most influential women in 2011 and she was awarded the distinguished 2013 Stanford Medal. She holds a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard University, a master's degree in manufacturing systems engineering in addition to a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.

Frank Fallon is the senior vice president of the Informatica US Verticals sales teams, which includes Financial Services, Public Sector and Healthcare sales. Prior to this assignment, he was responsible for North American sales operations. Fallon has been with Informatica since November, 2011 and has a broad background in building and managing large, high performance sales teams in the software industry. He has over 30 years of industry experience and has run global, national and vertical sales teams at top technology companies over the past two decades.

Before joining Informatica, Fallon was at HP responsible for the US Banking sales team and previously worked at BEA Systems as the senior vice president of Americas sales. Prior to BEA, he held senior management positions running global vertical teams for SeeBeyond and IBM/Tivoli. Additionally Fallon ran both the banking and insurance vertical sales teams at Sybase.

Fallon holds a Bachelor of Arts holds in International Affairs from Lafayette College, Easton, PA and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham Graduate School of Business in New York City.

Kevin Gardeck

Vice President, Presales Consulting

Kevin Gardeck is vice president of Presales Consulting at Informatica. He is responsible for managing the teams responsible for sales consulting, technical sales, sales engineering and systems engineering. Gardeck has been with Informatica for more than 15 years.

Prior to joining Informatica, Gardeck worked at D2k, Borland International and Motorola. Additionally Gardeck holds three patents in the United States including: method of rekeying roaming communication units, method for over the air rekeying of multiple communication groups and method for updating encryption key information in communication units.

Gardeck holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Elmhurt College.

Ford Goodman is senior vice president of Global Strategic Sales, responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution of Master Data Management, Information Lifecycle Management, Product Information Management and Merger/Acquisition Integration.

Before joining Informatica in 2013, Goodman was the North American vice president of Master Data Management and Data Quality at Oracle Corporation. He was a CEO of venture-backed private and public companies for over 15 years including Certive/Cloud9 Analytics, Relevance Technologies (acquired by Documentum/EMC) and CE Software. Goodman began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and joined Informix Software as a regional vice president and, subsequently, vice president of America's Sales.

For the past 25 years, Goodman has been an investor, mentor and board member to a number of high technology organizations in the western United States and a speaker at various industry events including Gartner MDM Summit, Oracle OpenWorld, COMDEX, Networld/Interop, MacWorld, PC Expo, MacWorld Australia/Japan, CEO's Only, Demo, Red Herring Venture Market events and ETRE.

Goodman serves as a Board Member of LCI, Inc. and of Junipero Serra High School. He holds bachelor's degree in civil engineering and architecture from Princeton University and is a Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Brian Hodges is responsible for developing and overseeing the global professional services strategy and delivery. Hodges joined Informatica in 1997 to begin developing the Professional Services practice, and has held several services leadership positions throughout his 16-year tenure.

Prior to joining Informatica, Hodges worked for Ernst & Young LLP as part of the CBT- Management Consulting Team. His responsibilities ranged  from client services delivery to practice knowledge management and methodology development. Hodges is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served overseas in multiple capacities in the Military Police Corp.

Hodges holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Ohio State University.

Eric Johnson is senior vice president and chief information officer of Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of Informatica's global business solutions and technology infrastructure. During his tenure at Informatica, Johnson has held a variety of IT roles. Johnson's focus has been on building a world-class IT organization through a successful Cloud strategy and global delivery model of Informatica global enterprise applications, for all business solutions, including dozens of corporate cloud solutions. 

In August 2013, Johnson was named as the Rising Star finalist by the Silicon Valley Business Journal CIO Awards, and in June 2014, Informatica IT placed #4 for mid-sized companies on Computerworld's Top 100 Places to Work in IT list.

Prior to joining Informatica in 2002, Johnson worked at Deloitte Consulting assisting global organizations with large-scale business process reengineering, ERP and supply chain projects. His client engagements included roles throughout Asia and North America. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo University.

Judy Ko

Judy Ko is senior vice president of Content and Customer Marketing at Informatica. Ko's organization gives structure and voice to the company's vision by creating viral, must-have content about the data-centric world, and inspiring a community of advocates. He responsibilities span from new product introduction, to audience marketing programs, customer executive programs.

Previously she led the solution and product marketing team responsible for crafting the Informatica value proposition across the entire product portfolio, communicating how the Informatica Platform solves customers' most critical business issues. She had responsibility for the team responsible for driving global go-to-market campaigns, maximizing impact on pipeline and revenue by aligning marketing, sales and product management.

Ko also served as vice president of product management and marketing at Informatica, leading the team responsible for defining, managing and marketing Informatica's core data integration products. Her team was also responsible for driving Informatica's solutions to market.

Before joining Informatica, Ko also spent time at BEA Systems, Calico Commerce, and Mercer Management Consulting. Ko holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and management systems from Princeton University and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Sanjay Krishnamurthi is senior vice president and chief technology officer for Informatica. Krishnamurthi is responsible for the company's technology and product strategy in addition to the architecture of the Informatica products. Previously Krishnamurthi was the chief architect for Informatica leading the architecture and direction of the Informatica Platform during the past decade.

Prior to Informatica, Krishnamurthi held various technology leadership positions at Netscape and Transarc, where he led the development of Netscape Web and Application Servers as well as the Encina Transaction Processing Monitor.

Krishnamurthi graduated with a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Additionally, he has a Master's in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin, Madison, where his research focused on performance of distributed and parallel database systems.

Ashutosh "Ash" Kulkarni is senior vice president and general manager of Informatica's Data Integration and Cloud businesses. Kulkarni is responsible for the product strategy, product management and go-to-market of Informatica's award-winning Data Integration platform as well as Informatica's industry leading Cloud integration products. He is also responsible for Informatica's emerging technologies businesses including Informatica's B2B, Ultra Messaging, Complex Event Processing and Data Replication products.

Kulkarni has held several leadership roles during his tenure at Informatica including responsibilities for product management, product marketing and R&D for Informatica's various business units. Throughout his career, Kulkarni has focused on developing innovative products that address the challenge of integrating both information and processes within the enterprise.

Prior to his role at Informatica, Kulkarni spent many years at Sun Microsystems in various product management, product marketing and product development roles related to Sun's middleware and integration products. He led Sun's strategy on standards-based service-oriented architecture and integration technologies in the Java business integration business unit.

Kulkarni holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Kulkarni holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Mumbai, India. 

Steve Millard

Senior Vice President, North America Sales

Steve Millard is senior vice president of Sales in North America at Informatica. His expertise lies with business development, matrix management and client relationship management. Millard joined Informatica in June 2014 and brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, big data and business analytics to the company.

Previously Millard worked as president and CEO of Kognitio, where he was directly responsible for repositioning and rebranding the company. At Kognitio, Millard was promoted from his position as chief operating officer, only a few months after initially joining the company.

Millard has previously held executive management the position of senior vice president of North American sales from IBM and worldwide program director of InfoSphere Data Warehousing, where he was responsible for all global data warehouse sales. Additionally Millard worked at Greenplum, (acquired by EMC), and Netezza, where he was the founding vice president of Sales. He was also vice president of Worldwide Strategic Partnerships at Teradata, and a sales director for DATAllegro (acquired by Microsoft).

Millard currently serves as Member of Xavier University's Board of Directors, where he works adives, mentros and develops strategies to ease the transition of Marine, Army, Navy and Air Force veterans to civilian life. Millard holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University.

Dennis Moore

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Master Data Management

Dennis Moore is the senior vice president and general manager of Master Data Management at Informatica. More is responsible for supporting the company's MDM technological innovation and leads the Product Information Management businesses. Moore offers several years of experience in the industry using information technologies to create disruptive competitive advantage.

Before joining Informatica in January 2012, Moore was a member of the founding executive team of C3, a start-up using advanced technologies to help companies improve energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. Moore also served as general manager of Emerging Solutions for SAP, with responsibility for creating solutions for untapped enterprise markets. His team pioneered many industry firsts including: composite applications for the enterprise, enterprise information worker productivity, and Enterprise 2.0 products. While at SAP, he served as a member of the company's Product Leadership Team and Senior Executive Team, while reporting directly to the Executive Board of SAP AG.

Moore holds 17 patents in enterprise software in the US and Japan, in areas including business process management, grid computing, semantic web and visualization. He received his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

George Paolini

George Paolini is senior vice president of Alliance Marketing at Informatica, where he is responsible for strategy, positioning and branding.

Before joining Informatica in March 2013, Paolini worked at Hewlett-Packard as vice president of Marketing for HP Cloud Services. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of marketing, including solutions and product definition, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and execution, events and beyond.

Prior to joining HP, Paolini was vice president of Solutions Marketing at Avaya, where he launched the company's first tablet-based phone application and established a solutions marketing organization in support of the company's transition from point products to solutions-based selling.

Paolini has over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, having held key marketing and leadership roles at a number of companies, including Sun Microsystems, Borland and SAP. Previously, Paolini was a journalist with a variety of daily newspapers including San Francisco Examiner and Contra Costa Editor. Paolini holds a bachelor's degree in management from St. Marys College in Moraga, California.

Mark Pellowski is the senior vice president of Finance for Informatica. For the past nine year Pellowski has been responsible for many of Informatica's finance functions including accounting, tax, financial planning, revenue recognition, treasury, SEC reporting, travel and procurement.

Prior to Informatica, Pellowski worked for other software companies including Business Objects (acquired by SAP), Ariba (acquired by SAP), Cadence Design Systems and spent nearly a decade with the Big-4 accounting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. His work experience includes almost six years working in Europe and Asia and is passionate about working in an international environment.

Pellowski graduated Cum Laude from the California State University, Chico with a Bachlor's of Science in Business Administration, Accounting emphasis.

André Petroucic

Vice President, Latin America

André Petroucic is vice president for Latin America for Informatica, responsible for leading operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, while ensuring the region is aligned with the global direction of the Company.

Before joining Informatica, in November 2012, Petroucic worked at SAP as Solution Sales vice president, responding for Channels, Small and Medium Business, Mature Industries and BusinessObjects. In 2010, he was award with SAP's "Best Executive of Latin America."

Petroucic has more than 20 years of experience in both operations and management in the technology industry, working also at SAS Institute as Manufacturing sales director, public sector director, country manager for Chile, and Financial Services sales director. Additionally Petroucic worked at BMC Software, GE Global Exchange Services and Vignette Corporation.

Petroucic holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP), a graduation degree in Management, also from FAAP, and a Master's in Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in Brazil.

Bill Rusitzky is senior vice president of Informatica ISV and OEM business with responsibility for building Informatica' s network of partners that leverages Informatica' s Intelligent Data Platform for companies that require data discovery, visibility and optimization as a critical part of their solution. 

Prior to joining Informatica in May 2014, Rusitzky was the global vice president of Strategic Alliances at Adobe where he lead a worldwide team that manage Adobe's co-selling partners focused on SaaS based Digital Marketing business. Additionally Rusitzky was responsible for the long-term collaborative partnerships with large companies supporting multiple Adobe business units and their strategic initiatives. While at Adobe Rusitsky drove a number of strategic initiatives with Digital Media and Digital Marketing. His work in on-line video helped drive the formation of Hulu, BBC iPlayer, TV Everywhere and a number of other initiatives.  These partnerships help drive Adobe's acquisition of Omniture creating a billion dollar Digital Marketing business.

During his career, Rusitzky has also held leadership positions with Macromedia (Acquired by Adobe), Motion Sense, MEMS Software Control Company, Netcentives, SGI and Data Instruments. Additionally Rusitzky is the vice chair of the board of San Francisco's Children's Certainty Museum.

Rusitzky holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master's in Engineer from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University, S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.

David Rye

David Rye is senior vice president of Corporate Development at Informatica, responsible overseeing all corporate development actives including leading strategic initiatives and managing the entire merger and acquisition process. Additional Rye manages inbound alliances activity and minority investments.

Before joining Informatica in March 2013, Rye worked at Hyperion Solutions as senior director of Corporate Development where he led equity investments. Previously Rye held the position of vice president and general partner at Thayer Capital Partners, where he functioned as a director in portfolio companies and provided business direction for each company.

Rye brings over 20 years of experience in technology through positions in private equity, venture capital and investment banking. Rye holds a Masters Business Administration in Economics from Stanford University, and earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton (Magna Cum Laude).

Murray Sargant is the senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan at Informatica and is based in Hong Kong. In his role at Informatica, Sargant leads all business, sales and customer facing operations for the company in Asia Pacific and Japan. Sargant has a proven sales leadership result in high growth companies, international business development acumen, extended route to market experience and operational disciplines which serves Informatica well as we continue our momentum in Asia Pacific.

With 25 years senior executive experience in developing and growing businesses in Asian Pacific markets Sargant previously served as vice president, Asia Pacific and Japan for SuccessFactors, where he led the fast growing company's rapid expansion throughout Asia. Prior to SuccessFactors, he was a senior vice president Financial Services at SAP, where he was instrumental in driving new sales and service delivery across Asia Pacific and Japan. Sargant has also held key executive and sales leaderships positions in the Asia Pacific, North Asia and Australia/New Zealand regions with PeopleSoft, Misys, Compaq, Tandem Computers and NCR.

An active speaker and presenter in the executive arena, Sargant regularly presents at conferences and is invited on many panel discussions with other experts in the enterprise and executive arena.

Amit Walia is the senior vice president and general manager of the Information Lifecycle Management business unit at Informatica. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall business and product strategy and go-to-market efforts of the business including product management, engineering, product marketing and business development worldwide. His team is focused on building world-class data privacy/security, data archiving, smart partitioning, application retirement and test data management offerings that exceed the needs of customers and creates delight.

Prior to Informatica, Walia worked at Symantec, Intuit and McKinsey & Company. He spent the earlier part of his career working for Tata Group and Infosys Technologies in India.

Walia holds a Master of Business Administration (Honors) in Strategy and Economics from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He received his Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.

Edwin White

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Edwin “Ed” White is senior vice president and general counsel at Informatica, responsible for all legal activities including contracts, litigation, filings, compliance in addition to merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to joining Informatica in June 2006, White worked as senior counsel at Savi Technology (acquired by Lockheed Martin). White has 20 years of legal experience in roles at Nuance Communications, AllAdvantage.com, Gary Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP and Cooley Goward LLP.

White holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineer from University of California, Berkeley and holds a J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law.  

Tony Young

Senior Vice President, Subscription & Cloud Sales

Tony Young serves as senior vice president for Informatica Cloud and Subscription Sales. Young is responsible for further establishing and growing Informatica Cloud business globally. Previously Young was based in Beijing, China, where he served as senior vice president and chief information officer of Informatica. While in China, Young was responsible for Informatica's go-to-market strategy in Greater China in addition to the strategic direction of Informatica's global information systems and technology infrastructure.

During his tenure at Informatica, Young and the information technology department have won prestigious industry awards, including being recognized by CIO Magazine in the 2012 and 2011 as a CIO 100, selected as a finalist in the 2011 American Business Awards for Information Technology Executive of the Year, was a finalist for the 2011 Award for Innovation Leadership by MIT Sloan, named as a 100 Best Places to Work in IT by Computerworld in 2007, awarded the 2006 CIO Decisions Midmarket Leadership Award and was the Winner of the Ventana Research IT Performance Management award in 2006.

Prior to joining Informatica in 2002, Young worked at Mindcrossing and Converge where he was responsible for overseeing product development and product management. Young began his career at HP where he served for 11 years in a number of information technology and marketing roles. A major milestone at HP included building the first partner portal, as well as building an enterprise portal and e-commerce infrastructure. Young earned a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a master's degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Sohaib Abbasi
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Sohaib Abbasi joined Informatica as president and CEO in July 2004. Under his leadership, Informatica is now the largest independent leader in the data integration software category. Fostering a culture of continuous innovation, Abbasi has built on Informatica's success in data integration and led Informatica into new software market categories. Informatica is now the fastest-growing leader in data quality and a pioneer in the emerging category of cloud data integration. In addition to growth in new product categories, Informatica is gaining significant contributions from international regions through global expansion of field operations. The company's new and strengthened relationships with several enterprise software category leaders and global systems integrators make Informatica a trusted partner of customers worldwide.

Prior to Informatica, Abbasi spent 20 years at Oracle Corp. where he was a member of Oracle's executive committee and as senior vice president, led two major divisions, Oracle Tools and Oracle Education. Abbasi joined Oracle Corp. in 1982 when it was a 30-person startup and was instrumental in growing the business from $4 million to more than $9 billion in annual revenues. He envisioned and launched the Oracle Tools business, which he grew from zero to $3.75 billion in cumulative license revenues. Abbasi graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1980, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in computer science.

Mark A. Bertelsen
Senior Partner, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati

Mark A. Bertelsen joined the Informatica Board of Directors in September 2002. He is a senior partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, the U.S.'s premier legal adviser to technology, life sciences and other growth enterprises worldwide. Bertelsen joined the firm in 1972 and has played a major role in its development and growth, including serving as managing partner from 1990 to 1996. Bertelsen is a business lawyer who regularly advises senior management and boards of directors on matters relating to corporate governance, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and international transactions. For over 30 years, Bertelsen has advised and represented companies that have transformed their industries in computer hardware, software, telecommunications, semiconductors, new media and clean energy. Bertelsen is a trustee of the University of California, Berkeley Foundation. Bertelsen is also a member of the executive committee of the U.C. Santa Barbara Foundation and served as its chair from 2001-2003. Bertelsen received his law degree from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, in 1969 and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1966.

Amy Chang
CEO and Founder, Accompani

Amy Chang joined the Informatica Board of Directors in July 2012. Chang is currently the chief executive officer and founder of Accompani. Previously as an executive at Google from July 2005 to August 2012, she led a number of strategic initiatives, including responsibility for reporting on Google's advertisements monetization products. As the global head of Product, Ads Measurement and Reporting at Google for six years, Chang led a portfolio of products, including Google Analytics, Multi-channel conversion attribution and Website Optimizer. Chang's focus was to make Google Analytics the de facto platform for marketers on digital engagement and spend. She advanced Google Analytics to become one of the most prominent platforms for marketers to leverage search, social and mobile data with Google Analytics serving over ten million customers worldwide. Chang has extensive product and online advertising experience from global industry leading organizations including Google, eBay, and McKinsey & Company. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Hardware and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Network Systems from Stanford University. Chang is also a member of the advisory board of several privately-held companies.

Mark Garrett
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Adobe Systems Incorporated

Mark Garrett joined the Informatica Board of Directors in October 2008. Since February 2007, he has served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Adobe and is responsible for the company's worldwide finance, operations and information technology activities, including investor relations, purchasing, facilities, global supply chain management and order management. From 2004 to 2007, Garrett served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of EMC Software, the multi-billion dollar software group of EMC Corporation. Prior to its acquisition by EMC, Garrett was the chief financial officer of Documentum. Garrett began his career in 1979 at IBM where he spent 12 years in senior accounting and finance management positions. Thereafter, he joined Cadence Design Systems where he was eventually named as vice president of finance. Garrett currently serves on the board of directors for the Adobe Foundation, the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose and Model N, Inc. He holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Marist College.

Gerald Held, Ph.D

Gerald Held joined the Informatica Board of Directors in November 2008. He has been a successful entrepreneur, executive and investor in Silicon Valley for over 30 years, involved in managing all growth stages of companies from conception to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. He is currently chief executive officer of Held Consulting, LLC, which provides strategic consulting to chief executive officers and senior executives of technology firms ranging from startups to large organizations as well as major private equity firms. Dr. Held also serves on the board of NetApp, Inc. and several other privately-held companies. In 1998, Dr. Held was CEO-in-residence at the venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. From 1993 to 1997, he was senior vice president of Oracle Corporation's server technologies division, leading a division of 1,500 people and helping the company grow from $1.5 billion to $6 billion annually. Prior to Oracle, he spent 17 years at Tandem Computers, Inc., where he was a member of the executive team that grew Tandem from a startup to a $2 billion company. Throughout his tenure at Tandem, Held was appointed to several senior management positions, including chief technology officer, senior vice president of strategy and vice president of new ventures. Held received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he led the initial development of the INGRES relational database management system. He also attended the Stanford Business School's Executive Program. Dr. Held is also a member of the board of directors of the Tech Museum of Innovation.

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams
Chief Revenue Officer, New Relic

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams joined the Informatica Board of Directors in March 2014. Koplow-McAdams brings more than 25 years of go-to-market experience in Cloud and on-premise software markets gained during high-growth years of industry leader organizations. Koplow-McAdams is currently the chief revenue officer for New Relic responsible for global sales, customer success, support, services and business development. Previously at salesforce.com, Koplow-McAdams held a variety of sales leadership roles in which she helped grow its Cloud business from $1 billion annually to nearly $4 billion, most recently as president of global sales. Earlier at Intuit, as a member of the executive committee and vice president of sales, Koplow-McAdams was responsible for Cloud and on-premise small business solutions. During her 18-year tenure at Oracle Corporation, Koplow-McAdams led the direct sales organization to drive the company's rapid growth in both the technology and applications on-premise software business. She received a Masters of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mills College.

Charles Robel joined the Informatica Board of Directors in November 2005. He currently serves on the board of directors of Jive Software, Inc., Model N, Inc., Palo Alto Networks, Inc. and a number of other privately-held companies. Previously, Robel served as chairman of the board of McAfee, Inc. from October 2006 until its acquisition by Intel in February 2011. From 2000 to 2005, Robel was a general partner and chief of operations for Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a leading software industry venture capital firm. From January 1974 to May 2000, he was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and from mid-1995 to May 2000, Robel led PricewaterhouseCoopers' High Technology Transaction Services Group in Silicon Valley, advising on strategy, valuation and structuring for mergers and acquisitions. Robel has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.

A. Brooke Seawell joined the Informatica Board of Directors in December 1997.Seawell has been a venture partner with New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm, since January 2005. From February 2000 to December 2004, Seawell was a partner with venture capital firm Technology Crossover Ventures. From January 1997 to August 1998, Seawell was executive vice president of NetDynamics, an applications server software company, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. From March 1991 to January 1997, Seawell was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Synopsys, an electronic design automation software company. Seawell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Stanford University. Seawell serves on the board of directors of NVIDIA Corporation, Glu Mobile Inc. and several other privately-held companies. Seawell also served on the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2012.

Geoffrey W. Squire, OBE
Chairman, Kognitio Ltd.

Geoffrey W. Squire joined the Informatica Board of Directors in October 2005. Squire is presently the chairman of Kognitio, a provider of business intelligence services. From May 2002 to January 2009, he was chairman of the UK-based public company The Innovation Group, a provider of business services to the global insurance community. From April 1997 to June 2005, Squire was vice chairman of Veritas, a storage solutions software company, and from June 1995 to April 1997, he was chief executive officer of OpenVision, a systems management software company. Prior to OpenVision, Squire was responsible for the launch of Oracle UK and served as the chief executive officer of Oracle Europe and president of Oracle Worldwide Operations. A former president of the UK Computing Services & Software Association and the European Information Services Association, Squire holds an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University and was awarded an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his contributions to the information industry. Squire also serves on the boards of directors of a number of privately-held companies.
