Using Informatica Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers can now leverage market-leading cloud integration technology to easily synchronize their CRM data with on-premise back-office applications such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Oracle EBS and SAP, as well as databases, other cloud applications and social data sources.
