Informatica Event Information

At Informatica, our employees, customers and partners are our highest priorities. We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and are taking precautionary measures to keep our customers, colleagues and employees safe.

Informatica is assessing all of its currently scheduled customer events, and making decisions about how to proceed. Below is a summary of current plans:

Virtual Event: Data for AI and Analytics Virtual Summit, April 16

  • The Informatica Data for AI and Analytics Virtual Summit has been moved from an in-person event to a virtual experience.
  • All registered attendees have been notified.

Informatica World 2020 and CLAIREview

  • Informatica World will be back in Las Vegas in 2021.
  • We have decided to offer CLAIREview, a new digital experience, starting on May 20. CLAIREview will offer free live and on-demand sessions, released over several weeks and focused on the data management topics most relevant to your enterprise.   • All registered Informatica World attendees have been notified. We will automatically refund paid Informatica World 2020 conference tickets, if applicable. All hotel reservations made within our registration system have been cancelled. For additional questions, visit our FAQ.

Other Scheduled Events

  • We are reviewing all other local events in various regions on a case-by-case basis.
  • We are currently planning to move forward with those events as planned, with the following precautions in place:
    • For in-person attendance, event registration and attendance will be only open to those residing in the same country as the event. This includes employees, partners, and customers.
    • Attendees must not have traveled or have had exposure to anyone who has traveled to, through or from any high or medium-risk country (as defined by the Centers for Disease Control) within the last 14 days. These countries include China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Japan and Macau. All vendors and suppliers supporting Informatica must also follow the same guidelines.
  • If you are a current registrant to any of our events, and opt to cancel your in-person participation, you will receive a full refund.
  • We are currently focused on events planned through May 2020, but will continue to monitor the evolving situation and provide updates as we have them. We will directly contact registered attendees regarding any changes.
