The report’s authors added that “Informatica MDM is cloud-ready, with Informatica emphasizing further cloud investment.” According to Forrester earlier in the report, “Not surprisingly, over half of decision-makers expect their firms will increase their use of MDM as a service over the coming year.”

The report also noted that Informatica’s recently “introduced MDM apps Customer 360 and Supplier 360, give subject matter experts (SMEs) a CRM-like environment to manage, remediate, and maintain customer and supplier data, respectively.”
