I am seeing a different price for courses/tests than some of my other colleagues. How can I have this corrected?

It is most likely that your Informatica Learning Management profile has you incorrectly placed in an account that is not recognized as a “partner”. If you experience this, please send a note to coordination@infa-education.zendesk.com or partners@informatica.com and we can review and make the appropriate corrections to your profile.

Where can I find Informatica Implementation Workshops?

Details on upcoming workshops can be found on Informatica University. Log in to PARC and navigate to Training > Implementation Workshops. Here you will see the workshop schedule and registration links.

I have clicked on a course module but get an error “This training item is currently unavailable to you. Please select alternative training, or complete prior requirements before requesting this training.”. What can I do?

• If your course has the (Module) at the end, you are only looking at a section of the course and it cannot be purchased. You must purchase the entire course in order to view the specific module.

• You can contact coordination@infa-education.zendesk.com if you need further assistance.

If I can pass the PowerCenter Data Integration 10: Specialist Certification test, do I still need to take the underlying courses: PowerCenter Developer 10 Level 1 & PowerCenter Developer 10 Level 2 courses?

Yes. Any partner can take any test without the need to take our offered course(s) and get certification.

What happened to Success Academy?

• Success Academy Cloud Training site is now Informatica University. Access to the Success Academy Cloud Training site ended on Oct 11, 2018 at 10pm PT to allow for user and training data migration to the Informatica University site.

• As of October 15, your training will be updated and available via Informatica University.
