Principal User Experience (UX) Design Researcher
Catherine Lai is a Principal User Experience (UX) Design Researcher at Informatica, where she conducts user research and design validation, using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, to understand the complex nature of users' needs, motivations, and behaviors. Catherine has over 10 years of experience in the enterprise software space. Her UX research helps product teams craft iterative product strategy and design to increase user engagement and productivity. Catherine has a PhD in Music Technology from McGill University. She also holds a MS in Information Management and Systems and two BAs in Music and Applied Mathematics in Computer Science, all from the University of California at Berkeley.
