What happens to my resume after it's been submitted? Will I receive a response?
After you submit your resume, you will receive an email thanking you for your interest in the position you applied for. A member of our recruiting team will review your resume and contact you if they require further information or would like to invite you to an interview. If they do not contact you, they will retain your resume in our database for six months, in case another suitable position comes up that they’d like to consider you for.

Will I be considered for other positions when applying for a specific position?
You will need to apply separately to each position you are interested in. However, we may contact you if there is another opening we think would be a good fit, or at a later time when we have an opening that fits your skill set and experience level.

How could I be notified if there are new positions that fit my skill set?
You can set up a search agent that notifies you of new opportunities that may fit your career interests and experience.

What is the process as a new employee to coming onboard?
All new hires receive a personal orientation kit that walks them through their first 90 days with the company. This kit covers the essentials of your position, our facilities, intranet, benefits and people, as well as useful things such as telephone numbers, the menu for the cafeteria (where applicable) and where to find more information on our organization.

In addition, Informatica runs a quarterly new hire orientation at our HQ offices in California. This orientation provides an overview of the company’s history, culture, products and services. Our senior management team is present at the 2-day event and it is a great chance to meet other new colleagues as well as the company executives. Attending employees often come a few days early for a little sightseeing and recreation around the San Francisco Bay Area. Whether it is skiing or wine tasting, everything is close at hand.
