Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Sohaib Abbasi joined Informatica as president and chief executive officer in July 2004. Under his leadership, Informatica is now the world's number one independent provider of data integration software. Fostering a culture of continuous innovation, Abbasi has built on the company's success in data integration and led it into new software market categories. Informatica is now the fastest-growing leader in data quality and a pioneer in the emerging category of cloud data integration. In addition to growth in new product categories, Informatica is gaining significant contributions from international regions through global expansion of field operations. The company's new and strengthened relationships with several enterprise software category leaders and global systems integrators make Informatica a trusted partner of customers worldwide.

Prior to Informatica, Abbasi spent 20 years at Oracle Corporation where he was a member of Oracle's executive committee and, as senior vice president, led two major divisions, Oracle Tools and Oracle Education. Abbasi joined Oracle in 1982 when it was a 30-person startup and was instrumental in growing the business from $4 million to more than $9 billion in annual revenues. He envisioned and launched the Oracle Tools business, which he grew from zero to $3.75 billion in cumulative license revenues. Abbasi graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1980, where he earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science.

Earl Fry

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administration Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Customer Support

A financial management veteran who has led the financial growth of successful public and private technology companies, Earl Fry joined Informatica in January 2000. Prior to joining Informatica, Fry served for four years as vice president and chief financial officer at Omnicell, a provider of supply chain management solutions to the healthcare industry. He previously held the positions of vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at C-ATS Software, a provider of risk-management products for global financial institutions and he was chief financial officer at Weitek Corp., a semiconductor company. Fry began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and since that time has won several awards including CFO of the Year and two Stevie Awards for Finance Executive of the Year. He received a master's degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii.

Girish Pancha

Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer

Girish Pancha is responsible for the development, product management and product marketing of the entire Informatica Platform and leads the Informatica corporate development organization.

Throughout his 20-year career, Pancha has focused on developing innovative products that address the challenge of providing integrated information as a mission-critical, enterprise-wide solution. An early employee of Informatica, Pancha was vice president of engineering for Informatica PowerCenter between 1996 and 1998. After a brief hiatus, Pancha rejoined the company as general manager in 2000 to oversee the direction of Informatica's industry-leading data integration Platform. Prior to rejoining Informatica, he co-founded and served as chief executive officer of Zimba, a developer of mobile applications that provided real-time access to integrated enterprise and personal information. Earlier in his career, Pancha worked at Oracle for eight years, where he held individual contributor and management positions in developing Oracle's award-winning business intelligence tools, Oracle Browser and Oracle Discoverer. Pancha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering-Computer Sequence from Stanford University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, Informatica

John McGee is the executive vice president of Worldwide Field Operations for Informatica. McGee joined Informatica in 2012 from Thunderhead, a leading provider of multi-channel customer communications software. There he served as president and chief operating officer with responsibility for all strategy and operational execution, resulting in revenue growth of more than 100 percent. Previously, McGee was the vice president of Americas Field Operations for Adobe Systems. Additionally, McGee was vice president of Sales Americas for EMC, where he was responsible for a field organization of hundreds of personnel. McGee also brings sales expertise from previous roles at Documentum and Dun & Bradstreet. McGee received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Ivan Chong

Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Quality Product Division

Ivan Chong is the executive vice president and general manager for Informatica's Data Quality and Master Data Management businesses. Chong joined Informatica in 2001 and previously, he led Informatica's product marketing and worked in the corporate strategy group doing business development. For much of his career at Informatica, Chong served as vice president of product management. A six-year veteran of Oracle Corporation, Chong held various product management positions for the Oracle Tools division and was awarded a patent in the area of database visualization. His experience also includes two years with internet advertising startup NetGravity, a company that developed mission-critical server products for high traffic commercial websites. He holds bachelor and master's degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Margaret Breya

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Breya brings over 25 years of technology management experience to Informatica. Most recently, as HP's senior vice president of Marketing Services, Breya was responsible for optimizing marketing investment across the world's largest IT company. Prior to HP, Breya served as executive vice president and general manager at SAP. Breya has also held positions as executive vice president, general manager and chief marketing officer at Business Objects, chief marketing officer and chief strategy officer at BEA Systems and senior vice president of Marketing at Sun Microsystems.

Breya served on the board of both the BEA and Business Objects Foundations, helping to form their mission and overseeing the distribution of funds. Additionally, she sat on the public board of Document Sciences Corporation, which was acquired by EMC in 2008. Breya received a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

James Markarian

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

James Markarian serves as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of Informatica products, including the delivery of the Informatica Platform. He also runs the corporate development group, including acquisitions. Previously, Markarian held the role of general manager of the Data Integration Business, where he led the delivery of both the flagship PowerCenter product and the Informatica Platform. Prior to joining Informatica in 1998, Markarian spent 10 years at Oracle Corporation, where he was architect for the Oracle Tools Division, responsible for cross-product architectural planning and integration decisions. He also served on Oracle's Architecture Review Board. Markarian earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics and a master's degree in Economics from Boston University.

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Jo Stoner is the senior vice president of Human Resources at Informatica, where she is responsible for overseeing global HR strategy for thousands of employees spanning more than 20 countries. Stoner attracts and develops world-class talent by building Informatica's reputation as a great place to work and providing a learning environment where employees can grow their careers.

A 20-year HR veteran, Stoner's experience spans industries, geographies and company sizes. In her current position since 2003, Stoner has evolved Informatica's HR functions around the world to develop and implement best practices focused on employee development, engagement, retention and performance. Stoner joined Informatica in 2001, overseeing HR operations in EMEA and later serving as HR director for Asia-Pacific, Japan and the Americas. She previously held HR management positions with British Telecom and startup FirstMark Communications. Stoner received an Industrial Economics degree with honors from the University of Nottingham in England and holds a postgraduate HR certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Based in Beijing, China, Tony Young serves as senior vice president and chief information officer of Informatica. He is responsible for the strategic direction of Informatica's global information systems and technology infrastructure. During his tenure at Informatica, Young and the information technology department have won prestigious industry awards, including the 2011 CIO 100 Award, the 2007 100 Best Places to Work in IT by Computerworld, the 2006 CIO Decisions Midmarket Leadership Award and the 2006 Ventana Research IT Performance Management Leadership Award. He was also selected as a finalist in the 2011 American Business Awards for Information Technology Executive of the Year and the 2011 MIT Sloan CIO Awards.

Prior to joining Informatica in 2002, Young worked at Mindcrossing and Converge where he was responsible for overseeing product development and product management. Young began his career at HP where he served for 11 years in a number of information technology and marketing roles. A major milestone at HP included building the first partner portal, as well as building an enterprise portal and e-commerce infrastructure. Young earned a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a master's degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Senior Vice President, Global Customer Support

Ansa Sekharan is senior vice president of Informatica's Global Customer Support, where he is responsible for establishing Informatica as a trusted partner for customers worldwide by ensuring their success with Informatica's products. Sekharan was an early employee at Informatica starting in 1996. During his tenure, Informatica has received prestigious industry awards recognizing its support services, including being ranked number one in customer loyalty in the data integration enterprise software sector for six years in a row. Prior to joining Informatica, Sekharan was a veteran of Sybase, where he held numerous customer services roles. He graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa where he earned a master's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Technology, India.

Mark A. Bertelsen
Senior Partner, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati

Mark Bertelsen is a senior partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, the nation's premier legal adviser to technology and growth enterprises worldwide. Mr. Bertelsen joined the firm in 1972 and has played a major role in the development and growth of the firm, including serving as managing partner from 1990-1996.

Mark Bertelsen is a business lawyer. He regularly advises senior management and boards of directors on matters relating to corporate governance, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and international transactions. For over 30 years Mr. Bertelsen has advised and represented companies that have transformed their industry in computer hardware, software, telecommunications, semiconductors, new media and clean energy. Mr. Bertelsen has served on the board of directors of Autodesk, Inc. since 1992. He is a Trustee of the U.C. Santa Barbara Foundation and served as chair from 2001-2003.

Mr. Bertelsen received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, in 1969 and BA in political science in 1966 from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Amy Chang
Global Head of Product, Ads Measurement and Reporting, Google

Amy Chang joined the Informatica Board of Directors in July 2012. At Google since 2005, she has led a number of strategic initiatives, including the team responsible for reporting on the for Google's ads monetization products. As the global head of Product, Ads Measurement and Reporting at Google, Chang for the past six years has led a portfolio of products including Google Analytics, Multi-channel conversion attribution and Website Optimizer. With her goal to make Google Analytics the de facto platform for marketers on digital engagement and spend, she has advanced Google Analytics to become one of the most prominent platforms for marketers to leverage search, social and mobile data. At last count, Google Analytics serves over ten million customers worldwide. Ms. Chang has extensive product and online advertising experience from global industry leading organizations including Google, eBay and McKinsey & Company. She received both her bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, Hardware and master of science in Electrical Engineering, Network Systems from Stanford University.

Mark Garrett
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Adobe Systems Incorporated

Mr. Garrett has been a Director of the Company since October 2008. Since February 2007, he has served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Adobe and is responsible for Adobe's worldwide finance, operations and information technology activities including investor relations, purchasing, facilities, global supply chain management and order management. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Garrett served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of EMC Software, the multi-billion dollar software group of EMC Corporation. Prior to its acquisition by EMC, Mr. Garrett was the chief financial officer of Documentum. Mr. Garrett began his career in 1979 at IBM where he spent 12 years in senior accounting and finance management positions. Thereafter, he joined Cadence Design Systems where he was eventually named as vice president of finance. Mr. Garrett currently serves on the board of directors for Model N, Inc., the Adobe Foundation and the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose. He holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and marketing from Boston University and a MBA from Marist College.

Jerry Held, Ph.D
CEO of Held Consulting Group

Dr. Held has been a successful entrepreneur, executive and investor in Silicon Valley for over 30 years. He has been involved in managing all growth stages of companies from conception to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. He is currently CEO of Held Consulting Group which provides strategic consulting to CEOs and senior executives of technology firms ranging from startups to very large organizations as well as major private equity firms. Dr. Held also serves on the board of Openwave Systems (OPWV) and is chairman of Vertica Systems and Software Development Technologies. He served as lead independent director of Business Objects until its sale to SAP in 2008. In 1998, Dr. Held was "CEO-in-residence" at the venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Through 1997, he was senior vice president of Oracle Corporation's server product division, leading a division of 1,500 people and helping the company grow from $1.5 billion to $6 billion annually. Prior to Oracle, he spent 18 years at Tandem Computers, where he was a member of the executive team that grew Tandem from a startup to a $2 billion company. Throughout his tenure at Tandem, Dr. Held was appointed to several senior management positions, including chief technology officer, senior vice president of strategy, and vice president of new ventures. He led the initial development of Tandem's relational database products.

Dr. Held received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Purdue, an M.S. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he led the initial development of the INGRES relational database management system. He also attended the Stanford Business School's Executive Program.

Dr. Held is also a member of the board of directors and Vice Chairman of the Tech Museum of Innovation and a member of the board of Montalvo Arts Center.

Charles Robel

Informatica Lead Independent Director

Mr. Robel, a software industry veteran, has been a Director of the Company since November 2005. He currently serves on the board of directors of Autodesk, Inc., DemandTec, Inc., Jive Software, Inc., and several other, privately held companies. Previously, Mr. Robel served as chairman of the board of McAfee, Inc. until its acquisition by Intel. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Robel was a general partner and chief of operations for Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a leading software industry venture capital firm. From January 1974 to May 2000, Mr. Robel was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. From mid-1995 to May 2000, Mr. Robel led PricewaterhouseCoopers' High Technology Transaction Services Group in Silicon Valley where he advised on strategy, valuation and structuring for mergers and acquisitions.

A. Brooke Seawell

Mr. Seawell has been a Director of the Company since December 1997. Mr. Seawell has been a Venture Partner with New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm, since January 2005. From February 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Seawell was a Partner with Technology Crossover Ventures, a venture capital firm. From January 1997 to August 1998, Mr. Seawell was Executive Vice President of NetDynamics, an applications server software company, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. From March 1991 to January 1997, Mr. Seawell was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, an electronic design automation software company. Mr. Seawell holds a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. degree in finance and accounting from Stanford University. Mr. Seawell serves on the Board of Directors of NVIDIA, Glu Mobile and a number of privately-held companies. Mr. Seawell also serves on the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Geoffrey W. Squire, OBE
Chairman, The Innovation Group plc and Kognitio Ltd.

Mr. Squire has been a Director of the Company since October 2005. Mr. Squire is presently the chairman of Kognitio, a provider of business intelligence services, and of UK-based public company, The Innovation Group, a provider of business services to the global insurance community. From April 1997 to June 2005, Mr. Squire was vice chairman of VERITAS, a storage solutions software company. From June 1995 to April 1997, Mr. Squire was CEO of OpenVision, a systems management software company. Prior to OpenVision, Mr. Squire was responsible for the launch of Oracle UK, and served as the CEO of Oracle Europe and president of Oracle Worldwide Operations. A former president of the UK Computing Services & Software Association and the European Information Services Association, Mr. Squire holds an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University and was awarded an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his contributions to the information industry. Mr. Squire also serves on the Board of Directors of a number of privately-held companies.

Godfrey Sullivan
President & CEO of Splunk, Inc.

A 25 year software industry veteran, Mr. Sullivan joined the Informatica board of directors in January 2008. Mr. Sullivan is the chairman and chief executive officer of Splunk, Inc., the leading provider of software for real-time operational intelligence. Prior to Splunk, Mr. Sullivan served as president and CEO of Hyperion Solutions, until its acquisition by Oracle in 2007. Before Hyperion, Mr. Sullivan served as chief executive officer of Promptu Corporation, an enterprise marketing automation software company. Previously, Mr. Sullivan served in senior management positions at Autodesk, Inc., a design software and digital media company, including president, Discreet Division and executive vice president, leading the Personal Solutions Group. Prior to joining Autodesk, Inc., Mr. Sullivan served in various executive positions at Apple Computer, Inc. Mr. Sullivan has earned his BBA from Baylor University. Mr. Sullivan also serves on the Board of Directors of Citrix Systems.
