Informatica PowerMart software to consolidate data from the company's multiple sales channels for strategic analysis

PALO ALTO, Calif., August 22, 2000 - Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ: INFA) today announced that leading retailer J. Crew has selected Informatica's PowerMart data-integration software to consolidate a wealth of data generated by its retail, catalog and online sales channels for strategic analysis.
