(NASDAQ: AZPN), the leading supplier of integrated solutions to the process industries. Under the terms of the alliance, AspenTech will embed Informatica's PowerCenter and PowerConnect software into its new Performance Management enterprise solution for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Using Informatica software, AspenTech customers can consolidate and standardize data within AspenTech's Performance Management solution, which is targeted in particular toward the chemical and petroleum industries.
