Aimed at accelerating the creation of effective customer-developed and third-party add-on solutions, the two-year-old collaborative online community is unique in the industry. The Informatica Developer Network enables customers and their in-house developers to interact, share knowledge, and extend the business value of their Informatica integration and business intelligence implementations.

The company's SAS connector for Informatica PowerCenter uses the Informatica PowerConnect Software Development Kit (SDK) to directly extract and write SAS data. Sold widely to pharmaceutical and financial services companies, this PowerConnect for SAS is now being OEMed by Informatica as an option to the PowerCenter data integration platform.
