Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ: INFA), the leading independent provider of data integration software, today announced that Godfrey Sullivan has joined the Informatica board of directors. Currently a director at Citrix Systems, Inc., Sullivan brings more than 25 years of software industry experience to the Informatica board.

Sullivan joined Hyperion Solutions in 2001 as president and chief operating officer and served as president and chief executive officer from July 2004 until its acquisition by Oracle in 2007. During his tenure, Hyperion defined and led the enterprise performance management software category, doubled revenue to nearly one billion, and was recognized as one of the Fortune Top 100 places to work. Prior to Hyperion, Mr. Sullivan served in executive positions at Promptu, Autodesk, and Apple Computer. "With the continuing consolidation of the enterprise software industry, the need for an independent, neutral data integration provider has never been greater," said Sullivan. Sullivan currently serves on the board of directors of Citrix Systems, Inc., the global leader in access infrastructure solutions. He received his BBA from Baylor University, and has completed executive programs at Stanford and the Wharton School.
