Informatica Corporation (Nasdaq:INFA), the world’s number one independent provider of data integration software, today announced that Amy Chang has joined the Informatica Board of Directors. As the global head of product for Ads Measurement and Reporting at Google, Chang has led a portfolio of products for the past six years, including Google Analytics, Multi-channel conversion attribution and Website Optimizer.

Chang joined Google in 2005 and has led a number of initiatives, including the team responsible for reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of Google’s ads monetization products. During her time at Google, Chang has advanced Google Analytics to become one of the most prominent platforms for the office of the CMO to leverage search, social and mobile data. Google Analytics currently serves over ten million customers worldwide.

Chang brings a broad range of technology experience with earlier positions at eBay, McKinsey & Company and within Google.
Chang received both her bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, Hardware and master of science in Electrical Engineering, Network Systems from Stanford University. Additionally Chang was an Intel Foundation Scholar and a Mayfield Venture Fund Fellow.
