Anil Chakravarthy is the chief executive officer of Informatica. Previously, Anil was the executive vice president and chief product officer responsible for product development, product management and product marketing.
Prior to Informatica, for nearly a decade, Chakravarthy held leadership roles at Symantec Corporation. Most recently Chakravarthy was the executive vice president of Information Security at Symantec, responsible for overseeing engineering, product management and operations for an extensive product portfolio including Data Loss Prevention, E-Mail and Web Security (on-premise and cloud), Managed Services, Trust Services and Authentication. Previously at Symantec, Chakravarthy led multiple product groups including Endpoint Protection, Mobile Security and Management, Encryption, Storage and High-Availability and India Product Operations as well as Enterprise Global Consulting.
Prior to Symantec, Chakravarthy led product management for enterprise security services at VeriSign. Chakravarthy began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to become the co-leader of the E-Business Practice in the Business Technology Office.
Chakravarthy received a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India. Additionally, Chakravarthy received his Master of Science and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Lou Attanasio brings over 35 years of technology and leadership experience to his role as executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Informatica. Lou is responsible for executing on Informatica’s global sales efforts, which includes the America’s, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Additionally, Lou's focused on increasing value gained from Informatica solutions for all Informatica clients, growing the company’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) and driving international expansion. His team includes the worldwide sales/technical organization as well as professional services.
Lou brings a wealth of sales, passion and hands-on leadership experience, as well as a proven track record from IBM. Most recently, Lou was general manager Global Sales for IBM’s high-growth and strategic Hybrid Cloud Portfolio. The portfolio included: Application Development, Deployment and Management, Application Services and Bluemix. Previously, Lou was general manager Global Sales of IBM Systems Middleware, which included WebSphere, Rational, Cloud & Smarter Infrastructure (Tivoli) and IBM’s Cross Brand Mainframe Software Portfolio. Lou’s leadership experience also included running all of IBM’s North America East Software business, with responsibility of IBM’s entire software portfolio.
Lou started his career at IBM’s Watson Research Center, moved on to become a Software Systems Engineer and then transitioned to a top sales leader. His roles included: client executive for the City of New York, Client Server Computing, Data Management sales director in North America East, worldwide sales director WebSphere MQ and MQSI and North America WebSphere vice president.
Doug Barnett is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Informatica with responsibility for a number of areas of Informatica’s business, including finance, legal, information technology, human resources and corporate development.
Previously, Doug served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of TriZetto Corporation, a health care IT company that provides information technology and service solutions that help payers and providers work more efficiently and collaborate to deliver better health care.
Doug was previously the managing director, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of AlixPartners LLP, where he was responsible for most non-client facing functions at the firm, including accounting, finance, treasury, HR, facilities, internal audit, tax, IT and other operations for 16 global locations. Doug has held numerous other financial leadership roles at UGS Corporation, Colfax Corporation and Giddings & Lewis, Inc.
Doug received a Masters of Management degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Illinois.
Jim Davis is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Informatica with responsibility for the company’s corporate brand, global and customer communications, field and event marketing, product marketing, web properties and integrated marketing efforts. Jim leads the company's corporate positioning, branding and identity, marketing campaigns, public relations, analyst relations and social marketing programs to drive engagement with customers and influencers globally.
Previously, Jim served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer at SAS Institute. Jim led SAS’s marketing efforts and established key marketing initiatives, developed focused, industry-based solutions and drove solutions with go-to-market support. In addition to marketing, Jim was responsible for product management and strategy, professional services, education, and tech support. He was charged with accelerating the strong track-record of sustained profitability by supporting the efforts of the global sales and marketing organizations, and coordinating market-driven R&D direction.
Previously, he served as vice president of worldwide marketing. Before that, he was director of product strategy, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of SAS Institute’s full range of initiatives in data warehousing, decision support and information delivery. Jim joined SAS in 1994 as an enterprise computing strategist focused on IT issues.
Jim began his career as a software developer, providing systems for large newspaper publishers. He went on to manage software development and information technology for a large publishing organization in the southeastern U.S., and then to assume the general manager role for a regional business magazine in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, Jim serves on the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University and the Board of Directors for the Carolina Hurricane’s Kids ‘N Community Foundation.
Jim received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
Ansa Sekharan is executive vice president of Informatica's Global Customer Support and Informatica University, where he is responsible for establishing Informatica as a trusted partner for customers worldwide by ensuring their success with Informatica's products. Additionally Ansa leads Informatica’s Education Services division, with a focus on role-based training programs to ensure organization gets the most out of investment in Informatica products.
Ansa was an early employee at Informatica starting in 1996. During his tenure, Informatica has received prestigious industry awards recognizing its support services, including being ranked number one in customer loyalty in the data integration enterprise software sector for 10 years in a row. Prior to joining Informatica, Ansa was a veteran of Sybase, where he held numerous customer services roles.
He graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa, where he earned a master's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Technology, India.
Amit Walia is the executive vice president and chief product officer responsible for product development, product management, product marketing and engineering. Previously Amit was the senior vice president and general manager for Informatica’s Data Integration and Data Security business unit.
Prior to Informatica, Amit worked in leadership positions across a variety of functions at Symantec, Intuit and McKinsey & Company. He spent the earlier part of his career working for Tata Group and Infosys Technologies in India.
Amit holds a Master of Business Administration with honors in strategy and economics from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Additionally, he received his Bachelor of Science with honors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.
Maureen Brennan is the senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) for Informatica. As CHRO she is responsible for driving a culture of innovation, designing strategies to attract, develop and retain world-class talent, while continuing to deepen the company’s high performance environment. With thousands of employees in dozens of countries, the company’s global HR strategy focus is on higher engagement, building Informatica’s reputation as a great place to work and providing an environment where employees can learn, grow and have long and successful careers within the company.
Brennan was previously the vice president, Human Capital Management at Trizetto, a leading healthcare software company. She was responsible for executive, leadership and employee development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, partnership management and all people-related aspects of acquisition integration. Brennan provided strategic HR leadership, which includes designing and implementing effective organization and people strategies for the company.
Prior to joining TriZetto, Brennan held various positions in human resources at AT&T, where she worked with executive leadership on human resource strategies and aligning compensation processes and tools with the overall business plan.
Brennan earned her bachelor’s degree from the Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.
