We are pleased to announce that our acquisition of Privitar is complete and we officially welcome the Privitar team to the Informatica family! 

Privitar’s data access management and privacy product enables organizations to democratize the ethical and safe use of data across enterprises. The company's solution builds collaborative workflows and policy-based data privacy and access controls into data operations.

Together, we are building an advanced solution to strengthen and extend our AI-powered Intelligent Data Management Cloud™ platform.

Next steps

Our development teams are already at work integrating Privitar’s solution into Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud. We are targeting an integrated solution for our customers by early 2024, available globally. We will continue to provide updates as we progress.
