It’s almost time to kick off Informatica World 2023, and our team has been working tirelessly to create an exciting agenda for attendees. As a member of the marketing team, I help manage the business initiative breakout sessions. It's been inspiring to work closely with customers to help showcase their stories. They will take the stage in a few short days to share real-world examples of how they leveraged Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud ™ (IDMC) to overcome challenges and achieve business outcomes.

1. Creating Seamless Experiences with MDM SaaS
Northern Arizona University (NAU) is working to build seamless student and staff experiences by adopting hyperautomated business processes aligned with strategic engagement and master data. Kevin Hayes, MDM and Data Integration Manager, will share how NAU uses IDMC to deliver data from PeopleSoft systems into Salesforce systems. This allows them to build the student lifecycle around opportunities used to target student success.

Donald Ogisi, Director, Head of MDM Products – Customer Engagement at Boehringer-Ingelheim (BI), and Amit Singh, Informatica Life Sciences Leader at Deloitte Consulting, will share how BI, a global pharmaceutical company, created a 360-degree view of its customers to enhance commercial processes and go-to-market strategies. The cloud-hosted MDM solution combined data sources with customers' consent to opt-in to marketing campaigns. It scaled to 50+ countries while ensuring data privacy regulation compliance.

RNDC is now creating consistency across its 31 markets based on centralized and governed master data.
