At Dreamforce 2026, Salesforce announced a range of new capabilities all with the aim to enable every organization to become an agentic enterprise.

Start with AI-Ready Data Intelligence

To answer that question, we are introducing AI-Ready Data Intelligence, a new Informatica solution that examines metadata, data access, lineage, and other critical dimensions to evaluate AI readiness across seven factors, including discoverability, quality, context, accessibility, governance, trust, and observability.

Customers using the Informatica data catalog can use this new capability via Claude starting today. With natural language prompting, you can run a diagnostic across tens of thousands of objects and deeply understand your AI readiness and remediation steps in minutes.

This plugin equips both Claude Code and Claude Cowork with pre-built skills for catalog discovery, metadata exploration, lineage, and data quality. By grounding Claude in trusted enterprise data directly within the user experience, Informatica empowers both data professionals and business teams to reason, converse, and act on the data with complete confidence.
